Frequently Asked Questions

How much are sessions?
Initial sessions (75 minutes) are $175, and follow-up sessions (55 minutes) are $140. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available. Please submit an inquiry for more information.

Do you take insurance?
I am currently in the process of becoming a provider for a small handful of insurance companies. Until I am officially credentialed with them, I am only able to accept private payment (HSA/FSA accepted).

Where will we meet?
Most of my sessions take place online via video chat through my HIPAA-secure platform! However, I do have availability for in-person sessions at Common Ground Cowork in Huntsville, AL.

What do you mean by, "We'll learn what your body is telling us"?
I practice from a somatic-based perspective and firmly believe that fostering authentic connection with the body is a major component of recovery. Often, the eating disorder disrupts that connection, distorting our food and body relationships and causing emotional distress. Throughout our work - even in the beginning! - we'll hold space for healing and rebuilding those relationships. This will include tuning into your body's cues as it recovers alongside you, and reducing any shame and discomfort that may bring.
